Nikto Guards were a species of reptilian humanoids who served as enforcers and guards, often employed by Hutt crime lords like Jabba the Hutt.

The most commonly seen type of Nikto Guard, referred to as the Kadas'sa'Nikto, possessed rough, leathery skin and prominent ridges on their faces. Their homeworld was Kintan, a planet with harsh conditions that contributed to their tough and resilient nature.

Nikto Guards were known for their loyalty to their employers, as well as their prowess in combat. They were often armed with blasters and other weapons. Serving as bodyguards, they were often tasked with protecting their employers' interests, whether in Jabba's palace or elsewhere.

Although individually not particularly powerful, Nikto Guards were typically encountered in groups, making them a formidable presence and an ever-present threat to those who opposed their employers.
